The ‘TM Grid Builder’ is a supplementary component for the ‘TM Grid Builder’. It helps by creating coordinates of the start and end points of the gridlines based on spacings given by the user. These coordinates can then be used directly with ‘TM Grid Builder’.
Input
Spacing/Cumulative
Controls the spacing type. Attach a value list to generate the following options.
- Spacing: when this option is chosen, please attach a list of inter gridline spacings
- Cumulative: when this option is chosen, please attach a list of inter gridline spacings that have been added cumulatively.
Vertical Gridline spacing
Takes a list of numbers that represent the spacing/ cumulations of spacings of the vertical gridlines (in Rhino XY Plane).
Horizontal Gridline spacing
Takes a list of numbers that represent the spacing/ cumulations of spacings of the Horizontal gridlines (in Rhino XY Plane).
Output
Start Pt. Ver. Line
Outputs the coordinates of the start points of the vertical line. This output can be used as an input for the ‘Start Point-Ver. Line’ input of ‘TM Grid Builder’.
End Pt. Ver. Line
Outputs the coordinates of the end points of the vertical gridlines. This output can be used as an input for the ‘End Point-Ver. Line’ input of ‘TM Grid Builder’.
Start Pt. Hor. Line
Outputs the coordinates of the start point of the horizontal gridlines. This output can be used as an input for the ‘Start Point-Hor. Line’ input of ‘TM Grid Builder’.
End Pt. Hor. Line
Outputs the coordinates of the end points of the horizontal gridlines. This output can be used as an input for the ‘End Point-Hor. Line’ input of ‘TM Grid Builder’.
